Association for Civil Rights in Israel: An Israeli organization
dedicated to promoting civil liberties and human rights in Israel and the
Occupied Territories. The site is available in English, Hebrew and Arabic.
- B’Tselem-The Israeli Information
Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories: Official site of
this non-governmental, Israel-based organization. Contains recent press
releases, important statistical information, and downloadable versions of
B’Tselem’s comprehensive reports documenting human rights violations in
the region.
- The Committee for the Defense of
Human Rights in the Arabian Peninsula : This Beirut-based organization
focuses on the plight of detainees in Saudi Arabia, many of them religious
activists. The Arabic version of the site contains more information than
the English.
- Foundation for Middle East Peace:
Provides access to FMP’s bi-monthly newsletter, which contains up-to-date
information about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the ongoing
settlement process.
